1. Terms of Use
This website and online store are operated by Cluster LLC (“Cluster”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use explain how you may access and use our main site at https://www.theclusterhub.net, our store at https://theclusterhub.com, and any related services, forms, or programs (together, the “Services”). By visiting or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Cluster is a startup ecosystem. We connect founders, suppliers, service partners, and other ecosystem members, and we operate a curated store where selected products are offered to customers. We may introduce founders to suppliers or service partners, help coordinate group orders, and provide guidance, but we are not a law firm, financial advisor, broker, or insurer. Any business decisions, contracts, or agreements you enter into with other parties are strictly between you and them. We do not guarantee any particular result, revenue, growth, or outcome.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit through our forms or accounts is accurate and up to date, including contact details, business details, and order information. You are also responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time if we believe there is misuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.
If you join Cluster as a founder, supplier, service partner, investor, or any other partner, you remain fully responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your products, services, marketing, and business (including product safety, taxes, data protection, and advertising rules). Prices, plan details, and availability of Services may change from time to time and will be shown on the Site or communicated to you. Fees and payments for memberships, plans, or services are processed through third-party payment providers, and unless clearly stated otherwise or required by law, they are generally non-refundable.
When you buy from Cluster Store, you agree that product availability, pricing, and shipping times may vary, and that product descriptions and photos are provided in good faith but may not be perfect in every detail. Our separate “Store, Shipping & Refunds” section below explains how orders, shipping, and returns are handled and forms part of these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Your use of any third-party tools, websites, or services linked from our Site or Store is entirely at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires otherwise. 2. Privacy & Data

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure, and you use the Services at your own risk. We generally keep your information only as long as it is needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain types of processing. 3. Store, Shipping & Refunds
Cluster Store at https://theclusterhub.com is the retail front for selected products connected to the Cluster ecosystem. Some products may come from or be associated with founders, partner brands, or verified suppliers we work with. By placing an order, you agree that you are purchasing products subject to the terms in this section, plus any additional details shown on the product pages or at checkout.
We currently ship to the locations stated on the Store or at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and estimated delivery time is shown as a range at checkout, depending on your location and the carrier. Shipping costs, taxes, and any applicable duties or import fees may be shown at checkout where possible, but in some cases, local taxes or customs charges may be the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order; mistakes in address information can cause delays or failed delivery.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at rajkumarthota@theclusterhub.net as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been processed or shipped.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will review the case. Where appropriate and subject to our internal checks and carrier rules, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit. Items that are returned to us must usually be in their original condition and packaging unless the item is defective.
At this time, we do not generally accept change-of-mind returns (where the product is not faulty but you simply no longer want it), unless required by applicable law. Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or other reasons, as indicated on the product page or at checkout. Cluster reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if products have been used, damaged by the customer, or do not meet the stated return criteria.
Product descriptions, images, and prices on the Store are provided in good faith, and we try to keep them accurate and up to date. However, small differences in color, packaging, or design may occur, and occasional pricing or stock errors may happen. If we discover a serious error affecting your order (for example, a major price mistake or a stock issue), we may contact you to cancel or adjust the order and issue a refund where necessary.
